History, Mission and Objective
“The HKM Industrial Training Institute in Alwar was founded with the purpose of empowering educated young women by providing them with vocational training and practical skills. The institute is committed to addressing the challenge of unemployment among women by offering comprehensive programs that foster discipline, technical knowledge, and hands-on expertise. Through these efforts, the institute prepares its trainees not only for gainful employment in various industrial sectors but also equips them with the confidence and capabilities needed to pursue self-employment and entrepreneurial ventures.
